1st Grade Men's Coach
NATHAN
MURPHY
Nathan is a well-known figure at the Club, boasting a long and successful career as a goalkeeper in senior competitions. He is also a seasoned coach, having led the 1st Grade Women's team for several years. This year, he is eager to embrace a new challenge by taking on the role as coach of the 1st Grade Men's team, aiming to build on their recent achievements.

2nd Grade Men's Coach
MICO
TOWNING
Mico is a dedicated member of the club, with over five years of experience in senior football. After a two-year break from coaching, he is thrilled to return and embrace a new challenge by leading the 2nd Grade Men's team. His emphasis on technical skills will significantly enhance the team's performance.

1st Grade Women's Coach
JOSEPH
MORRISON
Joseph has been a member of the Illaroo family since joining the Under 12s and has played senior football for the last five years. This marks his third year as a coach having previously coached the 3rd Grade Men in 2024, and the Women's 1st and 2nd Grade teams in 2025. Following the appointment of a dedicated 2nd Grade Women’s coach for 2026, Joseph will be able to focus solely on coaching the 1st Grade women, with a view to bringing home the premiership.

2nd Grade Women's Coach
YASMIN
WATSON
Yaz is a relatively new addition to the Illaroo family, yet she has made a significant impact on the Club. In 2025, she was honoured as the ‘Non-Playing Club Person of the Year’ for remarkable work during her coaching debut with the Over 30s Women’s team. This year, she is stepping up to lead the 2nd Grade Women's team while also serving as an assistant coach for the Shoalhaven Football Club’s Women’s side, creating a pathway for local footballers.
